WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
Here at Joanies we believe in sustainable fashion. All of our pieces are designed to last you for years to come. Our mantra is buy less and wear more. As such, all of our products are made of the highest quality materials. Our silk pyjamas and accessories are made from 19 momme pure mulberry silk. Momme is the measurement used to determine the quality of silk, anything above 16 is considered to be very good. Our cashmere products are composed of the highest quality wool.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?

CAN I GET A RETURN ON MY ITEMS IF THEY ARE UNSUITABLE?
We want you to love your nightwear as much as we enjoy creating it. In the unlikely event that it is unsuitable, we would be happy to provide a refund or exchange providing that your product is returned in an unworn, unused condition in the original packaging.

PERSONALISATION: PLEASE NOTE
Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please ensure that you check your personalisation requirements carefully prior to submitting. Once submitted we will be unable to alter your submission.
Of course, if your products have been personalised and you believe them to be faulty, we can accept returns. If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you in addressing your concerns.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR PERSONALISATION SERVICE TAKE?
There is a 3 day processing period for personalised items. We will contact you once your order has been shipped. If your order is urgent, please contact us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to help you.
